Subject: Notice of the Annual General Meeting of FECCLQ Members
Dear Sir or Madam, We are pleased to invite you to our end-of-season weekend, from October 16 to 18, 2026. This event is an opportunity to bring all members together to discuss the progress of the FECCLQ, and we will also take advantage of this meeting starting at 09:30 to set up the 2027 season in collaboration with the members, in order to ensure participatory and dynamic planning. The Annual General Meeting will be followed by our annual Gala Dinner where the champions will be crowned. The Annual General Meeting of the FECCLQ will take place: Date and time: October 17, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Location: Centre de congrès de Saint-Hyacinthe 1325, rue Daniel Johnson Ouest Saint-Hyacinthe (Quebec) J2S 8S4, Canada Room reservations: It is possible to book, via this link, only for the nights of October 16 to 18, 2026. A minimum of two (2) nights is required. If you wish to benefit from the preferential rate to book your room outside these dates, we invite you to do so only by phone by calling 450-250-5555. Participation of voting members To participate in the Annual General Meeting as a voting member, it is mandatory to meet the organization’s prerequisites and submit your attendance form available on the FECCLQ website. Call for Candidates — Directors To submit your candidacy as a director, please complete the “Call for Candidates” document available on our website and send a copy of your motivation letter before October 10, 2026.
