The various documents for the Annual General Meeting concerning the 2024 year will be provided to you at the meeting.

4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Events Meeting
6:00 p.m. Welcome of the Board of Directors at the Events Meeting
Saturday, November 1
6:30 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. Breakfast (included with your room)
8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Class Meetings A, B, and C (separate private rooms per class)
10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. 2025 Annual General Meeting
Lunch and Afternoon: Free time for all (see restaurant lunch menu if needed)
From 6:00 p.m. Welcome Cocktail
7:00 p.m. Gala Dinner, Awards Ceremony, and Dance Evening
4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Events Meeting
