⚠️ Essential Conditions to Be Met ⚠️
To be recognized and maintained on the FECCLQ calendar, the promoter agrees to:
comply with all current sporting, technical, and administrative regulations;
ensure that the event site meets all required safety standards;
allow full access to FECCLQ officials throughout the event;
collaborate with Federation representatives at all times.
The promoter must also comply with rules related to:
competitor registration fees;
prize distribution;
race procedures and inspections.
⚠️ Any breach may result in administrative sanctions or withdrawal of affiliation.

General Framework
The FECCLQ acts as a sanctioning body, providing regulatory oversight and coordination for all affiliated heavy truck racing events.
Affiliation with the FECCLQ allows participation in sanctioned events, but in no way exempts competitors or promoters from their legal, civil, or criminal responsibilities.

All member promoters acknowledge and accept that:
they are responsible for the organization, logistics, and overall safety of their event;
they must hold valid civil liability insurance that meets all applicable legal and contractual requirements;
they remain responsible for all facilities, infrastructure, spectators, volunteers, and service providers;
affiliation with the FECCLQ does not replace the promoter’s legal, municipal, or contractual obligations.
The FECCLQ does not act as an insurer and assumes no direct responsibility for the promoter’s operational activities.
