Responsibilities and Insurance
All member promoters acknowledge and accept that:
they are responsible for the organization, logistics, and overall safety of their event;
they must hold valid civil liability insurance that meets all applicable legal and contractual requirements;
they remain responsible for all facilities, infrastructure, spectators, volunteers, and service providers;
affiliation with the FECCLQ does not replace the promoter’s legal, municipal, or contractual obligations.
The FECCLQ does not act as an insurer and assumes no direct responsibility for the promoter’s operational activities.
